Game Of Thrones Season 7 Has The Best Scripts - Iain Glen’s character Ser Jorah Mormont Says

Since the fifth season of Game of Thrones, Iain Glen’s character Ser Jorah Mormont has been left nursing a bad case of Greyscale, and spent much of last season desperately searching for a cure. It leaves the former Lord of Bear Island in quite the predicament, with question marks looming over his ultimate fate.
Death is never too far away on Game of Thrones, but despite his character’s impending doom, Iain Glen is still looking forward to season 7 with a hushed excitement. As a matter of fact, Glen even went so far as to claim that showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have produced some of the show’s best scripts yet.

He said “I wrote to Dan and David and I said I thought they were the best seven episodes they’ve ever written. The story is going toward a conclusion. There’s no sense of treading water. You have storylines colliding. And the evolving drama and relationships are as good as they have ever been. It definitely feels like the beginning of the end game.”

Game of Thrones returns for a truncated seventh season on July 16th.
