Nigeria's Super Eagles move up in FIFA ranking

The Nigerian national football team, Super Eagles, moved up one shot in the recent FIFA world ranking released earlier today.

The Super Eagles are now the 38th best national team in the world, a position shared with the Greek national team. Both nations have 716 points on the ranking.
That makes Nigeria the sixth best African team, behind Egypt, DR Congo, Senegal, Tunisia and Cameroon who are the top five teams.
Nigeria and Cameroon – also up one place on the world ranking – will face each other in a FIFA World Cup qualifying match next month.
