Twitter increases tweets character from 140 to 280

Twitter has increased their tweets character limit of some of its users in a trial. Users on the social media platform were previously limited to 140 characters. Twitter, however, said it is experimenting with a new 280 characters limit, indicating it is not yet available to all its users.
