Burna Boy says he’s ready to reveal the truth on 2kay's robbery attack

Nigerian dancehall star, Burna Boy, who was declared wanted by police after he was accused of ordering the robbery attack on Mr 2kay at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, few weeks back has announced the postponement of his concert, scheduled for this Sunday, threatening to reveal the truth on the incident.
The concert tagged, “The Burna Boy Concert” is slated to hold at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. Burna Boy via his Twitter page Thursday, vowed to reveal the truth and face the allegations. “I’ve tried to remain silent because as you all know, plenty talk no dey full basket but Today we go use bucket pack am. 

Lies and politics have surrounded my name these past few weeks but today, you will hear the truth and I will start from the truth behind the show postponement,” he tweeted. “

The Lagos State Police commissioner, Edgal Imohimi had declared Burna Boy wanted after he was accused of ordering Mr 2kay’s robbery attack at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. This was after one of the suspects arrested confessed he acted under the instruction of the singer. 

Meanwhile, announcing the postponement of his concert, his show promoters, Bavent Street Live said it’s due to the recent allegations levelled against the dancehall star. In statement made available to WG, the promoters said “Burna Boy and his management are working assiduously within the ambits and requirements of the law to clear his name.
