Caitlyn Jenner Face Possible Jail Time

Caitlyn Jenner opened up to Matt Lauer on Wednesday morning in a pre-taped interview about the multi-vehicle accident on California's Pacific Coast Highway that left one woman dead in February.

The 65 years old Jenner who couldn’t say much about the accident because of pending litigation said “I remember it very little, I remember it happening and that's about it. A tragedy like this, you'll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can

Jenner is also looking at the possibility of doing a one year jail sentence for misdemeanor manslaughter charge for the collision, pending the decision of L.A. County prosecutors. Jenner told Lauer that her legal team is working to ensure that if she gets jail time then it won’t be in a men's county correctional facility. "The media wants that picture, don't they? That is the worst case scenario. I will say the men's county jail, it is an enormous problem that they would put trans women in a men's county jail” she said.
