Khloe Kardashian Is Responsible for Lamar Odom Medical Decisions

 

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are still legally married and that has made her responsible for the medical decisions pertaining to her husband who remains in critical condition in a Las Vegas hospital.

On Wednesday, Oct. 14, it was revealed that Khloe and Odom are still legally married, which means that by default, the reality star is his primary caretaker. A source confirms to us weekly that "any medical decisions are up to Khloe" while the divorce documents are still pending.

It should be recalled that the exes signed off on the divorce papers together this past July, but the judge has yet to finalize the divorce, so they still remain legally married. Khloe visited the Sunrise Hospital in Vegas from L.A. this past Tuesday, immediately she learned about Odom's condition and she hasn’t left his side since then. The former NBA player was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, where he had checked in on Saturday, Oct. 10.

Lamar ex Liza Morales, and their two kids, Destiny and Lamar Jr. are also at the hospital as they are hoping Lamar would pull through. An insider also reported that the travelling arrangement for Lamar kids were done by Khloe, “Khloe personally flew in Lamar’s dad and his kids so that they could be with him during this difficult time” the insider said.
