Kim Kardashian Brings Daughter North And Husband Kanye West To Visit Lamar Odom

 

After Khloe Kardashian revealed that it might take at least a year for her estranged husband Lamar Odom to recover, Kim Kardashian brought her husband Kanye West and daughter North,  along to visit the ailing basketball player for the first time at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

Khloe recently gave an update on Lamar recovery when she called into On Air With Ryan Seacrest, saying, “It will take at least a year, at least” after it was revealed by the doctors that Lamar may have 'significant brain damage,' with sources claiming he has made very little progress in the last month. Lamar is said to be having trouble recognising other friends and family despite Khloe being able to rebuild her relationship with him during his time in hospital. 

Kim is showing her support for brother-in-law Lamar in the wake of doctors' latest update on his health, allegedly staying by his bedside for a whole three hours. Kim previously visited the Lamar along with her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney, as they all showed their support for Khloe during the terrible time.

Building up a better picture of his recovery, Khloe was the first to reveal the full extent of Lamar's long journey this week having held a bedside vigil until he awoke four days after he was found. She said the basketball player does not yet know why he is hospitalized because she feels it would 'set him back' in his recovery process. Khloe revealed he has to learn to feed himself again, and speak, as well as put sentences together.

“He is off all the machines that help his organs but he has such a long way to go, he's learning how to walk again and feed himself again and put sentences together. Cognitively there is a lot...it's along long road ahead. He couldn’t put a word together today. But he understands”' she said when she was speaking on Ellen, on an episode which will air on Monday.
