Khloé Kardashian Pens Emotional Instagram Note

Khloé Kardashian went deep on insta, sharing a quote with a lengthy personal note in the place of a caption. She later addressed speculation over her message's meaning on Twitter, insisting that not everything is a subliminal.

Khole first shared some wisdom about life and love alongside an image that read, "It doesn't matter how loyal you are to someone. You can't change someone's heart and bad habits unless they want to themselves. Letting go doesn't mean that you don't care about someone anymore, it’s just realizing that the only person you really have control over is yourself. Letting go doesn't mean that you don't care about someone anymore. It's just realizing that the only person you really have control over is yourself. Letting go with love takes great strength. We have to learn to stop taking on people’s problems as if they are our own. Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back. Stop shattering your own heart by trying to make a relationship (friend, family, partner) work that clearly isn't meant to work... Sometimes the person you want most is the person you're best without. For you may cut yourself on the shattered pieces

On Twitter, Khole explained that she shares long captions, like Sunday's, she wrote “because I'm speaking from my heart. I know it gets lengthy but I feel the message is important to get across for ME, I don't write these about anyone per say but they are feelings or thoughts that I've had before and I want to try and explain to people that it does get better and we will always rise above the ashes

After thanking fans for their support, Kardashian quickly admonished those that speculated over the note's deeper meaning specifically, its relation to her estranged husband Lamar Odom and the recent engagement of little brother Rob Kardashian. She wrote “The fact that certain blogs are picking up what I wrote and are trying to read deeper into my post is what prevents me from writing more of my thoughts on social media. Not everything is a subliminal. Not all song writers, tv or film writers, poets write from experience. People might just need a place to express. I believe writing is therapeutic on any level and I believe art in any form is personal and should not be explained
