Bryan Singer Comments On Possible Crossover Between The X-Men And Deadpool

 

With early reviews for X-Men: Apocalypse proving to be mixed, it’s going to be interesting to see how much of an impact the critics have on the movie’s box office when it’s released later this month.

Either way, Fox won’t want to follow X-Men: Days of Future Past with a bomb. Apocalypse will likely still perform well, but if it ends up disappointing in the end, how about throwing Deadpool into the mix to get people to return to the world of the X-Men?

Talking in an interview to promote X-Men: Apocalypse director Bryan Singer shared his thoughts on what would need to happen to make that a reality, he said “If you take a character as irreverent and meta as Deadpool and connect him to something as grounded and serious as X-Men, you have to do it carefully and gently. When you drop them all in together it can be a disaster. That has to be done delicately, but there’s plenty of room to do it”
