Hallie Berry and husband, Oliver Martinez are divorced

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have officially ended their marriage. They have reportedly finalized their divorce.

The Catwoman actress and her estranged husband, who got married in 2013 after meeting on the South African set of the movie Dark Tide, filed for divorce in October, 2015.

Martinez agreed to allow Berry to be the petitioner. This is according to California law which allows only one person to be listed as the petitioner.

They both have a 3-year-old son, Maceo, and they have agreed to share both physical and legal custody of him.

However, the two haven’t been able to reach an agreement on how to share their properties, even though there was a prenup involved.
