Read Why Arsene Wenger Was Given A Four-Match Ban

Last month. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was given a four match touchline ban by the English FA and just yesterday the FA have decided to published the reasons why was banned.
During Arsenal home win over Burnley the gunners boss was sent to the stands after clashing with fourth official Anthony Taylor. He was later charged by the FA with misconduct and given a £25,000 fine along with his ban.

The FA confirmed that the three-man independent commission said they made the decision because the comment made by Wenger to Taylor which is you are dishonest to your federation implied bias or questioned the integrity of the match officials, and brought the game into disrepute. The mitigating factors considered when deciding Wenger's punishment were that, in respect to the first charge, Wenger said that he regretted the choice of language used and was very unhappy with his behaviour.
