Rob Kardashian's Blow Up With Blac Chyna Caused By Family Tension

Although Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna may not have broken up for good but like any couple, their relationship isn't without its challenges, which seem to have culminated over the weekend amid reports of a split.

An insider exclusively said “They had a fight because of his family and it just blew up from there. The family is still not accepting of the relationship and that's causing huge tension between them. They really like one another but new relationships are tough, especially when the people that are closest to him do not approve. It's a constant battle between his family and her. He is an emotional person, so at times he sides with Blac Chyna and other times he can be influenced by his family. And when that happens Blac Chyna gets upset....He is being pulled in two different directions. He loves Blac Chyna, but he misses his family. It's a bit of a mess. He's in a difficult position”

Though the source says the couple made up last night and are trying to make it work, they have decided to slow things down for a bit. A second insider says, “They are cooling some things down between them but making it seem like to the public they just want their 'privacy, they will likely get back to being serious again very soon because Blac Chyna likes full possession over her men”

The drama surrounding their relationship is nothing new for Rob and Chyna, who have been facing these challenges from the start. First of all, Chyna doesn't come with a clean slate in the Kardashian-Jenner family. She was formerly engaged to Tyga, Kylie Jenner's current boyfriend, with whom she shares a 3-year-old son. In fact, after the rapper began dating the 18-year-old reality star, Chyna made it a point to often shade their romance through social media posts. Thus, when the family found out Chyna had started dating Rob, the drama was inevitable.

Kylie refused to even acknowledge the relationship. “Kylie doesn't want to give her the attention she so obviously wants”. And she isn't alone. In fact, the whole family pretty much felt that Chyna was using Rob to get back at Kylie and Tyga. Another insider said there was quite a bit of concern that she is preying on Rob during a weak time, considering his current health struggles. Things only got messier when the model was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance in early February, shortly after the pair started dating. Rob ended up being the one to drive over 20 hours and pick his girlfriend up from the Austin, Texas, jail.

After a month of continuous social media posts out of the two that were often directed at Rob's family, seemingly to prove their love, things came to a roaring halt over the weekend when the duo got into a major fight. Not only did Rob delete all of his Instagram posts with her, but Chyna also posted a meme that said, “When you just get out of a relationship & your hoe friend welcomes you back into the World of Hoe” (which she later deleted).

Rob eventually took to his social media page to inform his fans, followers and the media that he is still very much with Chyna. However, the couple decided to take a break from the spotlight in order to grow a healthier relationship. Thus, the future of their romance remains unwritten.
