Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min opened the scoring for Mauricio Pochettino's side but Gary Cahill and Eden Hazard levelled to leave the visitors empty-handed and without a victory in west London since Gary Lineker snatched victory for Spurs in 1990. Terry, who last year led Chelsea to title glory, took to social media to praise his team and congratulate Leicester manager and former Blues boss Claudio Ranieri, while also having a dig at rivals Spurs.
Terry posted on his Instagram account in reference to Tottenham's poor run of results at Stamford Bridge “27 years #notonmyshift, What a game that was last night. Great character from the players to come back from 2-0 down. The atmosphere was incredible and we know how much that result means to you supporters. Well done @garyjcahill and @hazardeden_10 on two superb finishes. Congratulations Leicester City and all their players, Claudio Ranieri who fully deserve the league title this year”.
