Supergirl Season 2 Episode 3

 

The trailer for the third Episode of the second Season of Supergirl is here and the next week’s installment makes it clear that Kara Danvers is going to have plenty to keep her busy. In it, we get a first look at Lynda Carter as the President of the United States. The actress coming to Supergirl is something which has been receiving a lot of mainstream media coverage, which has no doubt made Warner Bros. very happy seeing as they’re looking to ensure that viewers have followed the series from CBS.

On what to expect from the next episode of Supergirl here’s the official synopsis.

An attack is made on the President (guest star Lynda Carter) as hot-button, alien vs. human rights issues heat up in National City. Supergirl and the DEO are assigned to protect the President and bring in the responsible party. Alex teams up with Detective Maggie Sawyer to investigate the case while Kara searches for a recently escaped Mon-El, who she fears may be the alien behind the assault. Rachel Talalay directed the episode written by Jessica Queller and Derek Simon.
