Iyanya hints on starting his own record label

The Nigerian music industry has been hit with so much publicity stunts and Artistes/labels rift this year. The latest is about singer Iyanya who recently took to social media to hint about starting his record label soon. He wrote‘I’ll be launching my new label n new album soon’.. 

Iyanya is currently signed under MMMG records, a record label he co-owns with manager and partner, Ubi Franklin. No one knows if it's true he wants to leave the record label to start his own or if it's just a media stunt 

I mean, why leave a record label you co-own and hold the office of the label's vice president? Hmmm. Maybe there's a brewing crisis within the label.
