I Was Not Happy When I Was Loaned Out - Victor Moses

Super Eagles star Victor Moses has admitted that he was frustrated being farmed out on loan in three consecutive seasons. The Chelsea wing-back spent the whole of the 2013-2014 season on loan at Liverpool for the first time in his professional career, before another season-long loan spell with Stoke City, then West Ham.

Having impressed manager Antonio Conte in pre-season, Moses has become an important member of the Blues squad and remained at Stamford Bridge when the transfer window closed for business.

He said “I went out on loan, but it wasn’t my club and I felt a bit frustrated to be honest. I made sure I kept playing my football. When a manager basically has no interest in you, you concede that as a player. There’s no point in hanging around. The only reason I went out on loan was to play football. I’m pleased I’m getting the opportunity at the moment. I’m happy.”

The Blues number fifteen was officially recognized as the best player in the Premier League for the month of November, as voted for by the fans.
