Donald Trump and Univision Settle $500 Million Miss Universe Lawsuit

Donald Trump has reached a settlement with Univision over his $500 lawsuit, as the network and politician both announced Thursday though the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
The battle began in June, when Univision decided not to air the Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants following the presidential hopeful inflammatory comments about Mexican immigrants, who he claimed are rapists who are bringing drugs and bringing crime to the United States during a stump speech.

Trump said this in a statement “I have known Univision's President and CEO, Randy Falco, for more than 20 years and I'm glad we are able to put these differences behind us” and Falco echoed the sentiment: “I have known Donald Trump for many years in both a personal and professional capacity and we are pleased to settle this matter and move forward”.
