Alec Baldwin And Scott Eastwood To Star In Crown Vic Recruits

 

According to Deadline, Alec Baldwin and Scott Eastwood have been tapped to star in Crown Vic, a pulsing crime thriller arriving by way of writer-director Joel Souza. Filming has been pegged to get underway in the summer, when the two stars will portray a pair of LAPD officers navigating through their own personal turmoil while hunting down a couple of vicious cop killers. 

Jim Valdez and Chris Barish are attached to produce the new drama on behalf of Brand Inc Group banner, with Gregg Bello also lending his support.

As for Crown Vic‘s newfound stars, Baldwin recently wrapped up work on Blind and Drunk Parents, while Scott Eastwood can next be seen as part of David Ayer’s ensemble for Suicide Squad.  Los Angeles plays host to Crown Vic from July 1, when Joel Souza will fire up production on his seedy crime thriller.
