Victor Moses won the Man of the Match award in Chelsea’s hard-fought 1-0 win against Middlesbrough on Sunday. Moses’ Man of
the Match award was confirmed on the English Premier League official Twitter
handle moments after the match.
Moses put up
another eye-catching performance for the Blues against a stubborn Boro side as
the Nigerian star sparkled in his now familiar right wing-back role, constantly
tormenting the Boro left-back while carrying out his own defensive duties
superbly.
One of
Moses’ clever runs from deep almost resulted in a goal late in the game when he
latched on to a Diego Costa ball,
but he screwed it wide with keeper Victor Valdes slightly putting him off.
