Chelsea's Victor Moses and Vincent Enyeama of Lille
are among three players nominated for the France Football African Player of the
Month in Europe for January. They will slug it out with Morocco's Hakim Ziyech who plies his trade with Ajax Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
The three
nominees were confirmed on France Football's official website on
Wednesday and were picked by editors of France Football. Moses' has been
instrumental in Chelsea's impressive performance in January, appearing in four
of their six games and in the 2-0 home win against Hull City, Moses provided an assist in Chelsea's first goal scored
by Diego Costa.
Vincent
Enyeama, he could be described as one of the reasons why Lille are not further
down in the Ligue 1 table and one of Enyeama's standout performances in January
was against Lyon where he made five
stops and seven clearances, helping Lille to a 2-1 away win.
Votes
for the France Football January African Player of the Month award will
end on Sunday night.
