Runtown is lair and too pompous- Wazobia FM OAP, Yaw

Radio presenter Steve Onu popularly known as Yaw has called out Runtown, accusing the singer of being too pompous and proud.
Yaw cited the time when he was hosting a show in Lagos and he called the singer to invite him to the show but Runtown lied about his unavailability. He said Runtown told him he would not be in the country whereas he was lodged in a popular hotel in the same city as his show.

The OAP dug out the story of when Runtown was still an up and coming artiste and J-Martins introduced to him, asking him to render help to Runtown who needed promotional push at the time. He told the story as if to suggest that the singer should pay him homage for the help he had rendered to him in the past.

He however made a point of note that he is “waiting” for Runtown, in a way that seems like he is waiting for Runtown to fall from his place of prominence and start seeking the promotional assistance of media persons like Yaw.
