Happy Birthday to Nigerian Producer, Don Jazzy, as he turns 33

Michael Collins (born 26 November 1982), better known by his stage name as Don Jazzy, is a Nigerian award-winning music producer, singer-songwriter, musician, former Boss of Mo’ Hits Records and current CEO of Mavin Records.

Don Jazzy’s first full credit production work was in 2004 on Tongolo for Nigerian performer D’banj. He went on to produce D’banj’s first studio album titled No Long Thing released in 2005.

He has produced tracks for Dr SID, Wande Coal, D’Prince, Darey, Naeto C, Sauce Kid, Ikechukwu, Tiwa Savage and a host of other Nigerian artistes.

He recently was rated as the 39th “Most powerful celebrity in Africa” according to Forbes.

He also happens to be birthday mates with his Dad, Mr. Collins Enebeli popularly known as Mavin Grandpa.
