INEC's Permanent Voters' Card: Were You Able To Get Yours?

INEC has been criticized generally for the flaws in the distribution of the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) especially in Lagos where it seems over a million people might be disenfranchised come 2015. I was able to get mine last Saturday but not without much stress. The continuous registration
for those who haven't registered before is supposed to have commenced on Wednesday but up till this moment, the INEC officials haven't been to my poling unit to begin the registration. How was the issuance of the PVC in your poling unit? and are these INEC officials there to commence the continuous registration exercise?
