Paul Walker’s Daughter Decides To Sue Porche

Meadow Walker daughter of late Paul Walker has decided to sue Porsche for the death of her father.

She claims that Paul her father, who was killed two years ago in a tragic car crash, was burnt to death inside the vehicle because it was made poorly. In the case was filed in a Los Angeles Superior court some days ago Meadow claims that the 2005 Camera GT which happened to be the car her Paul was driving before the accident, was missing with “safety features that are found on well-designed racing cars or even Porsche’s least expensive road cars”.

Roger Rodas’ wife has also sued Porsche, claiming that there is a defect in the overall design of the vehicle. According to an investigation that was carried out by the California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles’s County Sheriff’s Department after the accident, it was said that the accident occurred due to high speeds and not a mechanical failure of any sort, but they didn’t conduct an examination of the design or build of the car involved in the crash.

Paul Walker and the driver, Roger Rodas, were burnt beyond recognition after the racing car crashed into a tree and lamp post.
