Fans Turn On United, Alli Becomes Tottenham Hero And Other EPL Update.

Manchester United was booed off as Charlie Austin's late winner gave Southampton a 1-0 victory at Old Trafford.

Austin came off the bench to score on his debut after drawing a needless free-kick from Adnan Januzaj. The goal sparked a furious response from significant numbers of a home support that had been restless throughout, and the result leaves United five points off the Champions League places.

Dele Alli scored a sublime individual goal as Tottenham fought back from a goal down to win 3-1 at Crystal Palace. With the game seemingly set for a draw, the England international controlled a header from Christian Eriksen, flicked the ball over the head of Mile Jedinak and then struck a sweet volley into the bottom corner from outside the box after 84 minutes.

Sergio Aguero was the hero for Manchester City has he scored twice to rescue a point in a 2-2 draw with West Ham at Upton Park. It took West Ham just 53 seconds to take the lead, with Enner Valencia firing a low shot past Joe Hart and into the back of the net. But in a frantic opening, Sergio Aguero, who had hit the post minutes earlier, levelled the scores from the penalty spot after being brought down in the box by Carl Jenkinson. After the break, it was the home side that regained the lead with Valencia capitalizing on some poor City defending but Aguero had the final word with an 81st-minute equaliser
