I Want My Son To Leave PSG- Edinson Cavani's father

Edinson Cavani's father would be happy to see his son join teams like Man Utd, Real Madrid or Juventus as he has said that he wants to see his son end his Paris St-Germain suffering. According to his father, Cavani is frustrated by the lack of opportunities he has had to play as a central striker this season.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been deployed as the French club's main centre-forward with Cavani often used in wider attacking areas. He started the Chelsea game as a substitute and only played the final 16 minutes of the tie after being brought on to replace Brazilian winger Lucas. His father, Luis Cavani, feels PSG have given up on his son, and wants to see him move during the summer transfer window, with Old Trafford among the preferred destinations.

His father said “Zlatan is not willing to play on the wings,so they gave up on Edinson PSG themselves. Edinson is suffering at PSG. If they let him play as the No 9 he will be happy. I would like to see him play for Real Madrid, Manchester United or Juventus."

Cavani moved to Paris from Napoli for £55m in 2013 and has two years left on his current contract. He has scored 16 goals in 35 games during the current campaign.
