Popular Nollywood Comedian, Okon, Bags Political Appointment

Popular Nollywood actor and comedian, Okon, whose real name is Imeh Bishop Umoh, has been appointed an aide to Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State.

Okon is now Special Assistant to the Governor On Ethical and Social Reorientation.

The comical actor confirmed the appointment on his Instagram page and also thanked the Akwa Ibom governor for finding him worthy for the new job.

He said, “Yes it’s true… been made Special Assistant To The Governor On Ethical and Social Reorientation, Akwa Ibom State. Thank you Governor Udom Emmanuel. Most above all, Thank you, Jesus!”
