Michael B. Jordan Confirms Black Panther Casting

The cast of Marvel’s Black Panther is shaping up to be nothing short of amazing, and while we don’t yet know who everyone is playing, it’s pretty obvious that Marvel Studios is looking to knock this one out of the park.

One of the best pieces of news in regards to Black Panther was the addition of Michael B. Jordan in what’s thought to be a villainous role. The actor worked with director Ryan Coogler on both Fruitvale Station and Creed and Jordan has now commented for the first time on his casting.

The actor’s remarks in regards to Black Panther were brief, but he confirmed not only his own casting, but seemingly Lupita Nyong’o’s as well. He said “I’m super excited, especially to put a different spin on it. I’m looking forward to working with Ryan [Coogler] once again. It’s gonna be a good time. I can’t wait to work with Lupita Nyong’o and Chadwick Boseman.”
