further ado here are the songs we have for this week;
1. Sexy Steel- VIP: Sexy Steel returns with this song called VIP, not as bam as his last single but it is a decent effort that I must say. The instrumental and beat are on point and groovy, the rating would be 7/10 as this song would need a good video to go far.
2. Ice Prince ft DJ Buckz- Excellency: Very groovy beat and rhythm I must say, Ice Prince decided to go all Superstar on us just that the tempo of this one is faster and I would say he nailed it. Without a video this song would definitely go far as the rating would be 8/10.
3. Baseone ft K1- Better Dey Come: Nice beat, nice lyrics nice collaboration, I must say I was really looking out for this song because I was wondering how Baseone was going to blend with this and I must say he blended in well. Credit must be given to the producer of this song, the production for me was the key thing for this song and K1 definitely didn’t dull it on the chorus. The rating would be 9/10.
4. Ycee ft Patoranking X Khuni X Chana X Kid – Condo: Nice remix though I am not sure why Ycee decided to waste all these talent on a remix I mean they should have just hit us up with another joint. Every act came through and the rating would be 8/10
5. Sarkodie ft Eva Alordiah - Long Tin: Ghanaian Finest Sarkodie and one of the best female rapper in Nigeria Eva came through on this cool joint titled Long Tin. Nice production, this is not a song that would make you put on your dancing shoes but if you are a real fan of hip hop then this is definitely for you. The rating would be 8/10
6. Reminisce ft 2Baba - Nobody: This is one collaboration I never saw coming but, hey! this might just be the best collaboration this year. From the beat to the chorus down to the verse everything about this song screams evergreen and I stand to be correct this song would go down as one of the best hip hop collaboration of all time. The rating of this song would be 10/10.
7. Zoro ft Flavour X Lil Kesh X Ycee - Ogene Remix: I didn’t listen to the original version of this song but listening to this remix I would say one word Dope. Zoro is one artiste I have been following for a while and after listening to this song I knew I have to write a review about him. Nice song I must really say as the rating would be 9/10.
8. Diamond Platnumz ft Psquare- Kidogo: Decent song from Diamond Platnumz though not the kind of sound I was expecting from this collaboration but that is not to take anything away from the song like I said it is a decent song and the rating would be 7/10.
9. OlaDips- Champagne: nice club song from OlaDips the only flop in this song is the chorus, he should have sought for help as he didn’t put in enough energy behind the chorus of this song aside that every other thing is cool. The rating would be 7/10.
