When quizzed on his next target, Joshua said “There's no one lined up currently but I'm sure they're looking at the horizon and lining up some serious contenders. I don't actually mind who it is. Anyone really. I don't have anybody specific that I dislike or need to fight. It's all part of the longer journey. My job is to make them look rubbish and make them look easy. It has to be in this country. This is the hot property right now and we've got about 13 champions in the UK so everyone wants to be here fighting. I want to get out in November. I want to watch these guys in the Olympics and then get back in intense training and start preparing for my next fight.”
Since adding a world title to his status as one of the sport's biggest Box Office draws, Joshua has been called out by a host of names including Deontay Wilder, Joseph Parker, David Haye, Jarrell Miller and David Price.
