
It remains to be seen whether or not the hero is going to somehow end up in the same world as the one that the heroes in the properties above call home, but it’s a smart move by The CW to give fans a chance to catch up with or check out Supergirl for the first time.
Season one will start airing from August 1st at 8pm, with two episodes shown every Monday night until
Supergirl returns on October 1oth. More details about the second season are expected to be revealed during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, but we do know that Superman is going to be making his presence felt in the first two installments.
While there’s still a lot of room for improvement the first season of Supergirl was a ton of fun and had some truly fantastic moments. With any luck, the show will soar on The CW when it returns this fall and integrate nicely into their already stellar roster.
