The story centers on college student Rosemary Cooke (Portman), whose “twin sister” disappeared when she was five years old, with her older brother following not long after.
Said to be twist-heavy, having not read the book myself I can’t comment much more on what happens, but from what I’ve heard it’s supposed to be quite a good story and one which will no doubt make for compelling television.
Friends co-creator Marta Kauffman is producing here, with Christopher Monger (Temple Grandin) writing the script. Meanwhile, Homeland co-creator Gideon Raff will executive produce alongside Robbie Tollin.
No word yet on when we can expect We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves to hit television screens, but with Portman now on board, it’d be safe to assume that things will get going quickly here, and that a starry supporting cast will likely be assembled.
