Update On The Chronicles Of Narnia Revival

 

If you’re one of the few clinging onto hope that The Chronicles Of Narnia would get the overhaul treatment, you’re in luck; report has it that TriStar Pictures and The Mark Gordon Company are officially joining forces to finally bring that Silver Chair movie to life.

Considered a soft reboot behind the scenes TriStar is now the third major studio to have a crack at The Chronicles of Narnia series, with all signs pointing to this new production house bringing in new actors and fresh blood to really fire Narnia back into the mainstream. David Magee remains attached to the script after turning in a first draft last year.

Gordon released a statement: “Developing this project with The C.S. Lewis Company has been immensely exciting and a real joy. We are so pleased to team up with our good friends at TriStar and our partners at eOne to introduce this new, magical chapter of the Narnia franchise to fans around the world, both old and new.”
