Woody Harrelson To Directorial Debut

Screen Daily brings word that Oscar-nominated Woody Harrelson is primed to make his directorial debut with Lost in London. Little is known about the project at this early stage, only that it will be rooted in the English capital.

In town at the Zurich Film Festival to promote his title role in Rob Reiner’s new biopic LBJ, Harrelson has also lined up another collaboration with Reiner in the form of Shock And Awe. Pegged for 2017, it centers on a group of journalists operating under the George W. Bush presidency. Per Screen Daily: “We’re playing journalists who wrote important articles about the absurdity of associating Saddam Hussein with Osama Bin Laden or trying to connect him to 9/11.
