Kid Flash May Return In New Episodes Of 'The Flash'

 

In the season 3 premiere of The Flash, the Flashpoint timeline introduced us to Kid Flash. However, after Wally West was mortally wounded by The Rival, Barry Allen raced back in time and (mostly) set things right. As a result, Wally no longer has powers, something he’s struggled to accept despite not knowing about his alternate life.

That may all be about to change though as this newly released synopsis for the upcoming sixth episode reveals that the youngster starts having flashbacks to his time as Kid Flash. Others who have suffered the same thing wound up tracking down the villainous Dr. Alchemy, shedding (literally) their skin, and regaining their memories and powers. Will Wally be next? It certainly sounds like things are heading in that direction after this particular episode of The Flash titled “Shade”.

WALLY HAS VISIONS OF BEING KID FLASH — When Wally starts having dreams about being Kid Flash, Barry realizes he has to tell Wally, Iris and Joe about what happened to Wally in Flashpoint in order to keep him safe. JJ Makaro directed the episode written by Emily Silver & David Kob.
Wally becoming Kid Flash is inevitable, but his journey there could play out a lot differently if he ends up seeking out help from Alchemy. After all, we have no idea what that villain’s endgame is, and the budding hero may end up regretting his decision to tap into the Speed Force if it involves making a deal with the devil.
