will play a warm-up friendly against Plateau
United on Wednesday. The match according to a camp source will be used by
the Eagles’ German coach Gernot Rohr
to assess the fitness level of his team.

Nigeria’s Senate President Bukola Saraki
of a great game when the Chelsea star
leads the team against Zambia in a World Cup qualifier in Ndola this Sunday,

Mikel who
has declared himself fit for the game amid reports he was nursing a muscle
injury was hosted by Saraki in Abuja on Monday. Saraki, the owner of a lower
league football team, took to Twitter to share Mikel’s promise.
The Super
Eagles are expected to hold their first training session at the main bowl of
the Abuja National Stadium on Tuesday with not fewer than 11 players in camp.
