Rivers United Would End Their Tour December 22

 

Nigeria Professional Football League side, Rivers United, are due back in the country December 22 after a 17-day training tour of Spain. Rivers United which pride themselves as Pride of Rivers traveled to the European nation on December 5, just 24 hours after clinching the NPFL Super-Four Tournament title in Enugu.

An official of the club, Sammy Wejinya said “We’ll return on December 22, we’ll play against CD Roda on Monday, December 19 at Ciudad Deportivo Pamesa Stadium at 8:30pm Nigeria time. After that game, we’ll be heading back home on 22 December.”
