Zamfara state Gov Yari claims the outbreak of Meningitis is a wrath of God

Zamfara state governor, Governor Yari, has said that the meningitis outbreak in the state was the wrath of God. He opined that the state deserved the wrath of God due to the diverted N500m Paris Club funds.
