Elumah Lucas is a banker, entrepreneur, researcher, public policy enthusiast and one of the principals of Solutionkoncept Research Institute, an institute that provides quality research work and data analysis in almost all academic disciplines.
He works as a researcher with Solutionkoncept Research Instutite, an institute involved in making research on economic, social and national issues and interpretation of data analysis. This institute was formed by him and his friends during their undergraduate days. His love for academics and lecturing made him go into the research since it’s a prerequisite to go into the lecturing line.

He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) and he was made the chairman of the graduating class both in the department and the fellowship he attended while he was in his final year in school. At different times, became the publicity officer, Vice President (1) and Director of Academics of Great Achievers Club, Olabisi Onabanjo University chapter (a well recognized academic and social club in OOU). Lucas is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and Chartered Institute of Risk and Loan Administration. This young man also obtained a certificate in Principles of Business and Enterprises from Peacock College UK, London and a certificate in entrepreneurship and family business from RMIT University through an online study.

Pacioli, as he is popularly called, he is a Nigerian who hails from Orhiownwon Local Government of Edo State. Born more than two decades ago in Ogun state, started his primary school education at Police Children School, Eleweran, Abeokuta before moving to Sagamu Model School, Sagamu, Ogun State  where he obtained his first school leaving certificate in 2001. Attended Remo Divisional High School, Sagamu and Mamak Secondary School, Sagamu and obtained his WAEC result to proceed to the university.

He is currently a corp member serving in Kogi State, North Central Nigeria. His love for teaching and lecturing made him a subject teacher at UBE secondary School, Ogori Magango Local Government. Lucas was also the platoon leader during his orientation at NYSC camp, Asaya in Kogi state. He has always found himself taking leadership roles at different points in his life since his secondary school days. A passive Chelsea FC fan, loves listening to purely Nigerian Music, don’t have a best food. Enjoys travelling, reading, surfing the net to gather information and making research.

He is chartered banker who plans to create a niche for himself in the banking industry and in lecturing. He loves taking higher task in order to build his confidence and become a better person. He has interest in becoming a stock broker, risk manager and a politician, if the right platform is available. His interest includes management, entrepreneurship, strategic management, finance and banking.
