Resident Evil Hits Its Final Chapter

From the title given to it, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter would be easily taken as the final chapter of the zombie movie but with what we have seen from the previous sequel of Afterlife, Extinction and Apocalypse the subtitles given to these movies really has nothing to do with the future of the franchise.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter which is not set for release till about late 2017 or probably early 2018 might just happen to be the actual final chapter of the zombie movie that is if what Ali Larter said is anything to go by.

Ali Larter who reprises her role as Claire Redfield has said that this is actually the last sequel, she was asked by IGN if the name of the upcoming sequel would be living up to its name and she said “I know it is, we are not allowed to say one thing. I am held to secrecy, but what I can tell you is that the script is amazing. They’re really wrapping up the whole series, so that just makes it a little more poignant. To be able to come back and reprise my role as Claire and my relationship with Alice, with Umbrella Corp. — you know, I’m excited to get back in it. I think the fans are just going to be beyond excited”.
