Djokovic Shows Superiority Over Nadal Once Again

World number one Novak Djokovic beat Rafael Nadal 6-2 6-2 to win his sixth ATP China Open title.

The world number one underlined his superiority in men's tennis as he thrashed a fading Nadal for his 29th win at an event he also won in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Djokovic, who won his eighth title of the year in 90 minutes, said Beijing had "definitely been the most successful tournament so far in my career".

Djokovic's winning streak in Beijing reached 29 straight wins as he turned aside rival Rafael Nadal for the second time in three years in the final. He triumphed 6-2, 6-2.

Djokovic won three of the four Grand Slam finals this year and he shows no signs of slowing down at the end of the season, But he said the victory wasn't as easy as the score suggested against a player he has now faced 45 times -- the longest rivalry in men's tennis history.
