#BREAKING: Buhari fires permanent secretaries

President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the mass retirement of permanent secretaries. The decision is coming a day before cabinet ministers are inaugurated by the president and at least 17 permanent secretaries were asked to go. 

Mr. Buhari made the decision known to the permanent secretaries during a meeting in his office at the presidential villa.
