Jobs You Can Do From Your Bedroom

There is no need stressing the fact that as a graduate getting a job is one of the most difficult things in the country right now. Some of us might be lucky to get called up for an interview only to get our hopes been dashed with their usual statement “we will contact you very soon”.

One thing you should know for a fact is that the billionaires in this country are not under any paying jobs, they create jobs for themselves and empowered many other people. So with that been said, we bring to you the top 10 jobs that you can do comfortably sitting at home, with your device and be very successful in it.

10. Become a Virtual Assistant

A fairly simple way to earn money online is to become a virtual assistant, who is basically an individual that helps out a busy business or person with a variety of tasks that can be done online and away from the actual physical office space or work area.

The idea of virtual assistants is very big in the real estate industry, where busy and successful real estate agents are with meeting with clients that they don’t  have time to do the mundane tasks such as administration, sales support and social media. There are numerous sites and agencies that can be a huge help when looking for reliable and steady virtual assistant work.

9. Monetize Your Website

It seems like in this day and age, everyone and their dog has a blog or a website. These can range from informational, content driven sites to sites with pictures of cats, and everything in between. If you have a group of dedicated readers or some good website traffic, why not set up some ads to bring in some extra income? This can be a great way to make some money on the side, and can even be turned into a full-time career if your audience is large enough. The best part about this is that even when you aren’t actively adding content or information to your site, it is still generating income through the ads.

8. Become an Affiliate Marketer

Affiliate Marketing is essentially the idea of being rewarded for bringing traffic and an audience to another person’s product, blog or website. This can be very rewarding if your audience is large, active and are interested in the affiliate you are working with. One common way that this works is PPC, which is Pay Per Click, so you would get a certain amount of money every time someone clicks on your link to the affiliate sites. For example, if you have a blog or a site dedicated to snowboarding and you post a link to an ad for discounted boarding gear, your audience is likely to follow the link and thus make you money in the process.

7. Sell a Product

This is another option that is extremely popular among the public. As you know, nowadays almost anything can be bought and sold online, so it is a very tried and true way to make money online. Though it can be hard and expensive to get noticed and find customers, there are still some cost effective ways. One way is to use a site like Spreadshirt.com or  Teespring.com. These are sites where you can develop, create and market T-shirts to sell them, with zero cost to you. Other popular ways are to sell your goods on a site like Ebay or Craigslist.

6. Sell Services Provided by Others

This is another awesome idea to make money online without a ton of effort in your end in the long run, but will take a lot in the short run. The name of the game for this option is to find a niche or service to offer, and then hire contractors who are proficient in that service.

Have a partnership where you serve as the middle man or the platform between the person offering the service and the person desiring the service. Some of the popular services in this niche are things such as proofreading or language translation.

5. Sell Services You Provide Personally

In contrast of selling services that others provide, it is also very popular to sell services online that you yourself will provide personally. One site that is very popular right now is Fiverr.com where individuals offer their services in a variety of different niches to anyone across the world.

This can be anything from selling drawings, selling resume ideas, logo creation, voice over and more! The education industry is also huge for this option as there are a ton of people online who offer tutoring or help in a variety of subjects. If you enjoy doing or are skilled at a particular service, it is worth considering selling it online.

4. Paid Reviews

This is an increasingly popular option for those with a large following either on a website, blog or social media account. The way this work is that you will essentially reach out to people and offer to review their product, service or website and post the review on your site, for a fee.

This will be mutually beneficial as you will receive financial compensation, while they will get their product, service or website some more exposure. The difficulty with this option is that you need a fairly large audience for anyone to pay you money to review their product or service, or else it doesn’t make sense for them to.

3. Write Content

This is one that is normally fairly easy to break into, but can be hard to make decent money unless you really dedicate yourself and work hard. There are a ton of online publications, content sites and other venues that are always looking for more article or content writers.

But to the contrary, there are also a lot of people looking to fill these jobs, so the competition level is normally fairly high. Your best bet here is to wet your beak with free or cheap work to get your name out there and develop a portfolio before getting into the serious writing positions.

2. Monetize Your Social Media Account

Between Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine and the other popular social media platforms out there today, it is likely that everyone you know is on at least one of them. So if you’re already on it and have a popular page with a decent amount of interaction and a large audience, why not make some money off of it?

It is possible to make a ton of money through the posting of advertisements in your tweets or Instagram posts. Companies or blogs will pay good money to have a popular user tweet out a link. This is without a doubt one of the easiest on this list as some people can make hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a single tweet or Instagram post featuring another company’s product or service.

1. Become a Freelancer

Perhaps the easiest way to make the most money online is to offer your expertise and services as a freelancer. A freelancer is essentially anyone who is self-employed, does work for a variety of clients without being tied down and committed to a particular client in the long term.

Freelancing can be done in a number of different areas, such as writing, web design, IT, graphic design, social media and more. This is the best option because not only are you your own boss, but you also have the added advantage of potentially working in a number of different industries at once and experimenting before taking on exclusive work.

I am guessing by now I have got you thinking, well think and work, those are the tools of great entrepreneurs, they put there thinking into work and now, they are making cool money from it.
