Chris Brown Accused Of Punching Kim Kardashian Look-Alike In The Face

Liziane Gutierrez as accused R&B singer Chris Brown of punching her in the face during a party in his Las Vegas hotel suite.

According to reports, the incident allegedly occurred after the singer caught the woman taking his photo in the early hours of Saturday morning at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, Liziane Gutierrez said she had snuck her cellphone past Brown's security guards. After Brown spotted her taking his picture, he yelled and punched her once in the face and took her phone. Gutierrez, who is a Brazilian model, left the party, only calling police some hours later, and was not treated at hospital.

Vegas police confirmed that they were investigating Brown for battery and theft and that the incident was reported to them at 10.20am on January 2. Brown posted a now deleted video to his Instagram where he labeled Gutierrez as 'ugly' and denied her claims against him. “Obviously somebody is looking to get a check or start some s***, I don't know this old looking b****. This b**** is old, like dusty, look at her in the Jason Derulo video. Like she came to Vegas, she probably came to my room and was too ugly to get in” Brown said in the beginning of the video while appearing to be spaced out and rubbing his head. Also in a now deleted post Brown wrote in the caption: “just woke up and saw this!!!! You know this is bulls***! This woman has the worst case of the uglies (sic) I've ever seen. I guess she is in Vegas hoping someone will slip up and mess with (sic) her. Lol”. 

A representative for the performer, denied Gutierrez's claims earlier Saturday by releasing a statement saying “Making false accusations seems to be a pattern of behavior for Ms. Gutierrez. Whatever her motives, her statements are unequivocally untrue. Ms Gutierrez was escorted out of the private after party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control. Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown-throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel'-as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party. The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel. Her claim that she had her phone in her possession inside the after party and was able to take a photo causing an altercation with Chris Brown is a complete fabrication. I'm not sure what mood altering substances Ms. Guitterz was on but her statements are completely false and not based in reality. This seems like a clear case of retaliation for her bruised ego. Brown's planned appearance on the Comedy Central show had reportedly caused disagreements among staff members including several writers and producers” 

Brown took to Instagram for a second time early Sunday posting a selfie of himself, and writing in the caption: “Keeping my circle small in 2016! I'm done taking the care of grown ass men. And I'm going to be hella (sic) rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the f*** up!'
