I Am Human- Nick Carter

35years old Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter who was arrested on Jan. 13 on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after allegedly getting into a bar scuffle at Hog's Breath Saloon in Key West broke his silence about the arrest.

Nick spent the night in jail before he was released on a $1,500 bond as he pleaded not guilty, to the allegation. Nick tweeted this on Saturday morning, after staying away from Twitter since the day before his arrest “I am human and at times it can be a struggle to balance a healthy lifestyle. I'm not perfect and for that I am sorry. When we fall we have to get up and keep on walking, I  hope you stay by my side and continue to walk with me”.

If convicted of battery, Nick could receive a maximum sentence of one year in jail or one year of probation, plus a $1,000 fine. He is due to be arraigned on Feb. 8, court records show.
