Beast And Angel Rubbing Shoulders With Fellow Mutants In New X-Men: Apocalypse Artwork

Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Apocalypse, the final chapter in the director’s lucrative, and critically acclaimed, prequel trilogy is fast upon us and now we have the latest promo artwork spotlighting Beast and Angel, all the while offering up new looks at the younger versions of Cyclops and Nightcrawler.

“Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. Of the ensemble cast set to leap onto screen in a few months’ time, Alexandra Shipp, Oscar Isaac and Olivia Mumm topline the list of newcomers, joining Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Lana Condor.

The end is nigh: X-Men: Apocalypse lands in theaters on May 27.
