#AHMusicReview: Absolute Hearts Music Review

Welcome to another fresh episode of Absolute Hearts Weekly Music Review and like we normally do we serve you with the best of not just new music but also we criticize, analyse and rate those particular sets of new music. Today we are spicing it up, on behalf of our partners BCP Radio we are giving out Free Recharge Cards to the First Two People who can predict correctly what song would be the Song Of The Week when this program airs today by 4pm on BCP Radio. All you have to do is listen via https://www.blackcarpetproduction.com/listen-to-bcp-radio/ and call us on 08176982150 to tell us which song would be the song of the week. Winners would be contacted immediately after the show.

1.      Reminisce ft Wale- Asalamalakun Remix: No one saw this coming, there was little or no hype prior to the release of this song yet the song struck hard. Reminisce maintained two of his original verse and Wale added his own verse and it must be said Wale once again came through on this joint. The rating for this song would be 9/10.

2.      Kayswitch ft Olamide- All I See (Joy): In appreciation and celebration of his birthday Kayswitch decided to drop something new for his fans and this time around he teamed up with Olamide with Pheelz on the production. This is a decent song and the rating would be 7/10.

3.      VJ Adams ft Skuki- VJ Adams really came through on this track to be candid it was an impressive effort from him and Skuki also brought in their A-game. Very nice chorus and cool production though the beat is a sample of Chris Brown Loyal and it was really obvious in the bridge. the rating for this song would be 7/10

4.      Yemi Alade ft Sarkodie- Ego: This is another production sampled song, the original song that had this kind of beat is that of Masterkraft featuring Sarkodie X Flavour (Finally) but considering the fact that both songs are produced by Masterkraft, I guess it can be forgiven. Ego is not a bad song but would need lots of airplay and a good video before it can reach that banger status. The rating for this song would be 7/10

5.      Timi Dakolo- The Vow: When it comes to Timi Dakolo we expect nothing more than good music and just like his last single Wish Me Well this is another brilliant song. Timi once again proves how good he is as not just a song writer but also composer and as far as this song is concerned it is going to go places and top charts across the globe. The rating would be 9/10.

6.      Harrysong ft Kcee- Baba For The Girls: Harrysong was a year older during the week and he dropped this song to mark the day with his fans and I must say I am impressed. Sometimes I wonder why Harry doesn’t sings songs like this all time, good song I must say and credit to Dr Amir for the superb production on this song. I rate this song 8/10.

7.      Ransome ft Reminisce Okpogho Ole: Ransome had been quiet for a while but now he his back with the remix to one of his songs and this time he has Baba Hafusa on it. I didn’t listen to the original version of this song but I must say this remix isn’t bad at all, a very decent song. The rating would be 7/10.

Thank you for reading
