Rapper Lil Wayne suffers epileptic seizure, the third time in 2016

 Lil Wayne has reportedly suffered another seizure, making it the third this year and was hospitalised over the weekend.

Wayne was moments away from performing at Las Vegas nightclub Tao on July 6 when the recurring seizure gripped him, forcing him to cancel the scheduled performance.

He was subsequently hospitalised in the ICU, TMZ reports.

This new occurrence follows a recent attack on the rapper barely a month ago when a private jet he was flying was forced to make an emergency landing.

Wayne who battles epilepsy, is now reportedly resting at his home in Miami after the latest health scare as his doctors try to find the right mix of prescription drugs for him.
