#AHMusicReview: Absolute Hearts Music Review

Welcome to another fresh episode of #AHMusicReview Absolute Hearts Music Review and like we normally do, we serve you with the best of not just new music but also we criticize, analyse and rate those particular sets of new songs.

Remember you can also listen to the live broadcast of this program BCP Radio every Friday 2-3pm via www.blackcarpetproduction.com  Without any further ado here are the songs we have for this week;

1.      Chinko Ekun -Bless Me: The Tiger himself is back and this time he really hit us hard, this is not a club song but it is another hit under the belt of Chinko Ekun. Nice tune, cool and funny lyrics, the instrumental was also on point and the rating would be 8/10.

2.      BOJ – Ire: After a short break BOJ returns with another song and I must say this isn’t a bad effort. This is the kind of song you would have to listen to twice or thrice before you can enjoy it fully but like I said it is a decent effort and the rating would be 7/10.

3.      DJ Kaywise ft Falz X Tekno- Caro: Nice joint from DJ Kaywise and the combination of Tekno and Falz on this track was really dope, both artistes came through on this. The rating would be 8/10.

4.      Kcee Tianna: Okay I would be candid I never expected Kcee to do a song like this, I am really impressed. Del B must also be credited for his production on this song went a long way to make this song a very cool song and the rating would be 9/10.

5.      Pepenazi -I Aint Gat No Time: I have said it over and over again, I really have no idea how Pepenazi pulls it off. Every time I think what's next, he comes up with something cool and catchy and his beats are always dope. The rating would be 9/10.

6.      Viktoh ft Ycee - Mad Jam: Okay, no offence but finally Viktoh is awake musically, I mean after Skibi Dat I thought he would go back into hiding just like he did before but listening to Mad Jam I have hope that Viktoh might just be up to something. This review won’t be well done if Young John isn’t saluted for his production genius on this joint and not also forgetting Ycee who was also on another level. This is truly a mad jam and the rating would 9/10.

7.      Toby Grey - You and I: In as much as I like this song, I mean Toby Grey really did a good job with the composing and arrangement of this song but that “ede times ede part” wasn’t just it for me. The song is a good love song and would definitely go far with a good video, the rating would be 8/10

8.      Yung6ix ft DJ Timmy - Respek On My Name: I have said it and I would say it again, 6ix is one rapper that isn’t getting enough credit, really some respek should be put on his name.  This is another classic rap joint done by Yung6ix and the rating would be 8/10.

9.      VVIP ft Patoranking -Alhaji: Can’t remember this last time I heard a song from these guys but the Ghanaian boys are back with banger and this time they brought Patoranking on this track. This is a hit song that doesn’t even need a video and the rating would be a 10/10.

Thank you.....
