PSG Confirm Signing Of Jese Rodriguez

 

Paris Saint-Germain have announced the signing of Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez in a deal worth £21.2million. The 23years old had a year left on his contract at the Bernabeu but has opted to move to Paris, where he signs a five-year deal with the French champions.

Both Arsenal and Liverpool had been linked with the versatile frontman, but instead he joins Unai Emery as PSG's fifth signing of the summer and will wear the number 22 shirt. Jese follows Hatem Ben Arfa, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Thomas Meunier and Giovani Lo Celso through the door at the Parc des Princes, after a successful nine years in Madrid.

He joined Real's youth ranks in 2007, working his way up through the Castilla side and into the first team in 2012.
